Tencent releases Hy4, a model that can now operate computers

- Its 1 million-token context window (how much text it can hold at once) matches other leading open models from Mistral, Moonshot and Z.AI.
- Tencent says Hy4 improved on its earlier preview in following instructions, handling long documents and multi-step tasks.
