- OpenAI faces multiple lawsuits from families alleging ChatGPT encouraged suicide in minors, including a 16-year-old student. OpenAI disputes the claims and says the platform was misused.
- An AI targeting system made by Palantir called Maven, now central to US military operations, was implicated in a strike on an Iranian school that killed approximately 120 children in February.
