DeepSeek releases V4.1-Flash update and open-sources its inference framework

DeepSeek has released V4.1-Flash-1017, an updated version of its V4.1-Flash AI model.
On DeepSWE v1.1, a benchmark of software engineering tasks, the new version resolved 77% of tasks, up from 74.2% for the prior version.
The update adds a Search API, which lets the model look up outside information during a task.
