- Anthropic updated Claude's instructions to allow the chatbot to share safety information about illegal drugs while refusing to explain how to produce or use them.
- Claude now references three external websites in its system prompt for the first time: dancesafe.org, tripsit.me, and psychonautwiki.org, which provide harm-reduction resources.
