Anthropic's Claude improves Riemann hypothesis mathematical bound
- An unreleased research version of Claude improved a lower bound for the Riemann hypothesis, a famous unsolved math problem, from 41.6 percent to 67.2 percent.
- The Riemann hypothesis concerns properties of prime numbers and has resisted proof for over 150 years. Proving it would be mathematically significant.
