Anthropic exposed 133 million contractor requests for over a year
- Safety filters designed to block requests about biological and chemical weapons were accidentally disabled on Anthropic's systems from May 2025 through April 2026.
- During this period, 133 million requests from contractors were stored without the normal protections meant to prevent misuse of the AI system.
